The temperature controller can be controlled according to the set temperature, and can display the theoretical value and measured value. The temperature control system also has the function of overtemperature audible and visual alarm.
The temperature record of the control system adopts Shanghai Dahua long chart temperature recorder to record the furnace temperature, and the thermocouple is K-type. The furnace temperature measurement compensation wire is connected from the instrument cabinet to the furnace thermocouple and supplied by the supplier.
The control and execution system adopts high-power thyristor zero crossing trigger system, equipped with radiator and a full set of air cooling system. At the same time, it is equipped with automatic air switch and fast fuse for secondary maintenance. Each group of electric heating elements shall be equipped with ammeter, voltmeter and on-off indication of electric heating elements, with power on interlocking maintenance and safe grounding measures.
