Description of operation system of well vacuum furnace:
The well-type vacuum furnace control system uses temperature control thermocouple and Shanghai Guolong intelligent digital display temperature control instrument to control temperature. The temperature control instrument can be operated according to the set temperature, and can display theoretical and measured values. The temperature control system also has the function of over-temperature acoustooptic alarm.
The temperature recorder of the control system uses Shanghai Dahua Changtu temperature recorder to record the furnace temperature. The thermocouple is K type. The compensating wire for furnace temperature measurement is connected from the instrument cabinet to the thermocouple of the furnace body and supplied by the supplier.
High-power thyristor zero-crossing trigger system with radiator and air-cooled system is selected for the operation and execution system. At the same time, it is equipped with automatic air switch and fast melter for secondary maintenance. The on-off instructions of ammeters, voltmeters and electrothermal elements are set for each group of electrothermal elements, which have the measures of interlocking maintenance and safe grounding.
