Product introduction of FBQ box type multipurpose furnace

Main applications: carburizing, carbonitriding, quenching under protective atmosphere, normalizing, annealing, secondary heating and quenching.

Equipment features:

◆ the front door, partition wall and elevator adopt cylinder driving mechanism.

◆ equipped with large capacity quenching oil tank, independent bilateral mixing system, and variable frequency adjustable mixing speed.

◆ fast and automatic nitrogen filling to prevent negative pressure in the front chamber.

◆ the quenching elevator adopts double-layer structure. When the upper workpiece is slowly cooled at the top of the cold chamber, the lower workpiece can be in and out at the same time. (optional)

◆ the top of the cold chamber is equipped with a stirring fan, which can control the cooling speed of the workpiece according to the process needs. (optional)

◆ the workpiece moves in the furnace in the rear drive mode and is placed at the rear of the hot chamber. There is no drive mechanism in the furnace, with simple structure and low failure rate.

◆ furnace bottom support adopts high-grade heat-resistant steel roller, which is especially suitable for heavy load use.
